Who still uses Apple's Quick Time Video format??? Pros vs Cons...Drives me Nutts!

Hi Warriors,

Is this still a standard video format?
One of my customers continues to use it.

To me I find it behind the times.

How can I convince them to choose a better video format?

What are the Pros and Cons of using this format?

Desperately seeking Susan...lol

I use it, love it, and couldn't live without it but on the web we have to be realistic and use Flash movies I think. I use LeawoVideoConverter (it's free) to convert .mov files to .flv, maybe you could get away with that.
