link popularity check a good indicator?

i have an offline marketing idea that i need to put together... the keywords on googles get 30000 searches a month local and 12000 global.

the search terms return a LOT of pages...

those are the link popularity check reports on the 1st and last site on google.

is it a good indication on how easy it would be to get my website on the first page?

i have done mainly online door to door marketing and google ranking is still a little fussy for me on certain points.
