Where should I host my websites - Singapore or Hong Kong?

I need 30Gbs of space and 400Gbs of bandwidth, Linux.
The company should provide 99.9% network uptime. Could you help me to find any info on Vpsnine.com web hosting? How is their vps?

What host can you advise? What location should I choose?

    In Singapore if it's on a .sg domain-extension and you're trying to attract mostly Singaporean traffic. In Hong Kong if it's on a .hk domain-extention and you're trying to attract mostly Hong Kong Traffic.

    Server location affects rankings in two different ways: because of download speeds and because it's a factor taken into account, just in itself, by Google's algorithms.

    Never knew Google use locational server info in their algorithms. Would it be seen as Good or Bad to have one from Singapore ?

      It's good for ranking in searches made from Singapore, and for site visitors who are in Singapore.
