Amazon Affiliation>> How to start?

Hello!
I want to make some money through AMAZON affiliation. But I am not sure how to start. What would be the good practice?

Say; i choose "waffle Iron" Niche and then make a product review website. Then I write too many contents based on too many products in waffle Iron's category. Would that be a good practice for initial start?

In other word, Say; I choose only a single product. And then only focus on this. But in this case, my questions is, How many content I am able to create on a single product? Meanwhile updating website with good contents is essential now a days in order to have a good ranking.

Wishing to have some great suggestion.

Start at Amazon. they have many tutorials available on their site.

Also, use google. just search "amazon associate tutorial" "amazon affiliate tutorial" "amazon associate how to" you get the idea.

You can also use the search function here.

You can make an amazon site that is more like an actual e-store with all related products within a given market, such as a dvd or games site

Or you can have a site where it is focused on one product i.e "waffle Iron". If you choose this later method it is preferable that you find a keyword or product that is easy to rank. You can use moz.com to check the difficulty of certain product keywords in terms of how difficult it is to rank.

However if you have an alternative form of direct traffic like pinterests, tumblr, youtube, it is pretty irrelevant how difficult the keyword is.

In terms of how much you should be writing, again it depends. If you have an e-store then all you really need is a product description and title. If you are doing a site only on one product then 1-3 articles ranged 300-500 words on the product is good enough to start. If you want to scale it up and become an authority on this one product then you would probably need to scale it up later after some backlinking.

Pinterests and other social network can scale a large number of traffic up, it works well on Amazon site?

I would start by reading this thread carefully. It's helped many people here to form a clear understanding of "what affiliate marketing is really about": http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6608638

I suggest that you don't worry about "having a good ranking". This is fairly unlikely to be a helpful approach. I always suggest to people that they shouldn't put time and effort into trying to attract SEO traffic, for two main reasons: first, it's very precarious and makes your business Google-dependent, and any business that's Google-dependent is no more than one algorithm-change away from a potential accident (or even a potential disaster), as so many Warriors have been finding out over the last year or two, some of them to their very great cost; secondly, for me, search engine traffic, in every single one of my niches, has been uniformly the worst-converting traffic out of everything I've ever tried - search engine visitors to all my websites typically stay the least time, view the fewest pages, opt in the least often and actually buy anything by far the least often. I admit I do get tons of search engine traffic to all my main sites (because high rankings for multiple keywords happen to be a minor side-benefit of the main targeted traffic-generation method I use) but I'd hate to have to make a living just from that traffic. If you have a good look round the forum, you'll also see plenty of other Warriors making exactly this point.

first gather your buying keywords, and main keywords, and create drafts for the diffrent articles you'll be publishing.. Good ideas would be like " best waffle makers 2015" ," waffle makers under $50" , " coolest novelty waffle makers" etc..

If you publish good content and are active on social media it can drive traffic to your website. Many Amazon Associates use Facebook and Pinterest for promoting their website successfully.

In making money with amazon affiliate, you should to find product in amazon and keyword research about product or this niche. Create content relate this product or useful content for answer audience. Doing review site don't afraid to write negative review because reader want to read fact about product. If you have quality content more, you can promote your site in niche forum or blog comment about other site.

I made a site selling about 20 different dresses right off Amazon and just posted on Pinterest regularly since it is pretty much 90% women using that site I got a decent amount of clicks right away. Made only 2$ and then stopped doing it. It's not something I was really interested in but made my first 1$ that way...
