Hi WF, I have a good collection of PLR's and some are a bit dusty I admit, but when I first started building my first website, content was a big issue as I am not an expert writer, plus I had no Idea of what to write about. So thats where these PLRs came in handy, they helped me get a overall Idea of subjects and help me to write useful and interesting content thats not sucked out of my amateur thumb. Plus the PLR's eBooks helped me to get into the Idea of selling information products ect even tho some might have been old it was and is all still relevant. I also used some of the saleletters you get with the PLR eBooks to help me write and format my own salesletter, something I could not have done without the templates and articles. Now is it cheeky to package my PLR's into a nice guide to help newbies(exactly like it helped me) and sell it for a small price? I have all the resell rights of course. I know you can get most of these PLR content free if you give up your e-mail at 100's of sites and get drips and draps from here and there, but it can get confusing or you might end up seeing it as loads of useless content. So what am I actually asking? Well I want to put together a nice guide to use PLR's + A newbie guide to setup salesletters (minisites) and the basics to sell info products(Pay-Pal guides ect.), and with loads of articles,eBooks, graphics, templates, videos, and audio articles for newbies to get started on there own website, plus they will have loads of PLR content to get them thinking and be creative and use the PLRs to help them establish a good website, or at least start with some resources and content. Is this a good Idea? I have seen many PLR give-aways being sold "as is" for a crazy price, I do not wish to sell the PLR content as my ownn but simply provide a guide + enough PLR content for the user, so he/she doesn't have to go hunt all over for PLRs. I know it helped me, so I wish to pass that on.. P.S >>My target market will not be for Pro IM's, but for "average joe's" like me. Please share your thoughts on this, is it a good Idea? Thanks WF -Mr.Otto |

selling PLR is a huge market. Most of the newbies have no product and no vision, so providing them with stuff to sell right away is something worthwile. Igor |

you could try: using one plr product as your main site and offering other related plr products as bonuses on the same site (all under the one roof for one crazy price - but not too low)

Sounds like a great idea to me. Just make sure you check your license terms and be sure you have resale rights (and master resale rights if you are passing them along to be resold by your customers). Not all PLR has resale rights and not all products with resale rights have PLR rights. Confusing, I know, but you have to read the terms very carefully or you open yourself and your customer up to legal action. Lee |

Indeed the PLR and MRR and RR are all confusing, and I will take great care that I have the rights and will pass on the correct licenses(rights) to my customers, thanks everyone for giving me hope and motivation, I will go forward with this Idea..for now. And change and improve my overall product. Any more Ideas or opinions welcome Mr-Otto |

Hi, I have aquired a few reports, ebooks etc. with resale rights. I thought I would put up a website and submit some articles to promote one of them. Fortunately, I decided to read through the 132 page ebook first. It would have seriously damaged my credibility if I had just put the site up. The product was full of typos, appalling grammar and a lot of stuff that just didn't make sense. So, that product went into my recycle bin. Make sure that any products you decide to promote are of a quality that you want to put your name to before you publish. Just my experience... Karen |

You are on the right track. Combining rewritten PLR onto useful guides for other new marketers, just like you say you are or were, is a classic method of getting started. There's nothing wrong with making a living while helping others to do the same thing. You have a good attitude and should go far. |
