Free Give Away To Attract Offline Clients!!

Does anyone know of an PLR or Magazine like the IMG (Internet Marketing Guide which vanished by the way?) I'm want to be able to offer a free guide to my potential clients about my services. Any suggestions of some good resources?
Thanks

Have someone create a 5-10 pdf tailored to what you do. Personally if someone approached me asking 500+ per month and gave me PLR, I wouldn't be thrilled.

When I get offline clients for web design/SEO services, I don't offer free PDFs or guides. Instead what I do is see their Facebook page and offer a certain amount of likes on Facebook for free if they order a service from me. 7 times out of 10, they buy a service from me because of the free likes that come with it.

What exactly are the services that you're offering, and who's your ideal customer, and where are they based, and when do you plan to implement your campaign for this?

With some useful answers to the things above -- The "how to attract offline clients through a free offer" question would most likely be more straightforward to anser, among other relevant "how" questions...

a better idea may be to offer a free skype consultation to talk about your services.. If it is high ticket service may aswell put more effort in that creating a pdf file

Hi, since business owners maybe want fast results (leads) this is my advice:

    1. create a squeeze page.
    2. create one video or video review of your client' services
    3. Rank your video first on Google (easy) for local terms
    4. take the leads
    5. send your client one/two fresh lead
then offer them a monthly service or get paid per lead (better, depending on your client' prices)

    hope that helps,

Most business owners expect HIGH QUALITY services. Giving them free PLR guides won't exactly make them jump for joy. Give them something that would be of use. When I try and attract offline clients, what I tend to do is persuade them to buy a service which has a contract. If they purchase a 6 month SEO contract from me which usually costs around $3k, I offer multiple free incentives as a thank you. It usually includes:
    • Facebook likes
    • A professional YouTube channel with videos
    • A video ad

I find that a video ad is the BEST incentive to give them. Most businesses want to convert their traffic. They can have the best SEO in the world but if the traffic going on their website is not buying anything, they are not benefiting from it. I usually offer a badass video ad for them to use which entices the traffic to buy/give emails etc.

The most common video that works when getting offline clients is this:

Also, when trying to make them buy a service from you, give them an evaluation as to how much the free thing you are offering them is worth. For me, when I offer this video to them for free, I usually tell them it would cost $147 if they wanted it as a solo purchase.
