What are good Referral programs that pay based on signups?

I was wondering what are some good referral programs that pay you every time someone signs up for something...

for example, clixsense pays you 7 cents when someone signs up under your referral link and fusion cash gives you 1 dollar every time someone signs up under your referral link...

It seems that there are so many programs that only pay you if your referral does a certain amount of activity or buys a certain product.

I;m looking for programs that will pay you when someone signs up and confirms their email.

    What would be good for BUYING signups?

    Hell, if you have a huge list in the right niche I'd buy signups from you.

      buying signups is one way to do it, but don't websites end up figuring this out and banning you?

      I like the idea of programs that pay for sign ups because you can find ways advertise your link which most websites are fine with.

    if i am not mistaken, swagbucks have an offer like you want, their affiliate info is on commision junction (don't do referral program via swagbucks site because they just give you swagpoints and not $, do it through CJ.com)

    Create a blog or site about what you love most and then add in Google Adsense. Every time an adsense ad is clicked you earn, but be sure not to click your own ads because they will disable your account asap. This is just how I started.
