What CPA Offers Pay Daily or Weekly?

Are there any reputable cpa sites that pay weekly or even daily? If so, do they have a high minimum you must meet to get that frequent of a pay out?

I've never heard of any CPA network paying out daily.

Copeac and several others will pay weekly if you can drive 1k+ worth of revenue per week.

Otherwise it's usually 1-2 times per month.

Neverblue will pay weekly. I believe, without checking, that the prerequisite is getting $1k per week for a month before you can be moved into the fast pay program.
