Can videos be outsourced some were?

Hi,

Is there a place were you can outsource video making?...I need a women or a girl, preferably with children, who can make some short videos for me..

Can this be outsourced or is it impossible.....Anything can be outsourced I know..but videos I don't know...

I'll be launching a service in the next few months to make
video commercials for clients as part of my advertising
and copywriting service. At present I'm a little restricted
but in August, if all goes well, I'll be moving into a new studio
space - getting the right "actors" is not so hard to do, it's
doing the script and planning the video out so you get the
result you wanted the first time and on budget.

Well I have the script and planning of the video, so The actor is the difficult part for me, because I live in sweden. Difficult to find people who want to speak infront of camera here and in english...august is maybe too late. But thanks anyway...
