Beginner methods to making your money work for you?

I think your best bet is investing in a mutual fund or something like this. They will take care where to invest your money and you will get a 1-10% interest per year. If you have enough money you will be able to earn a decent living. By confortable amount of money I can assume that you have enough money to live at least several years with no other income. If you invest in a mutual fund you can have enough money to live without spending from your first stack, and if the economy is expanding maybe the money you have will also go up.

You can also invest your money by yourself, but that require a lot of learning and sometimes a lot of work and frustration. So I am not sure if this fits your "money work for you" philosophy.

Since you asked this question on an internet marketing forum, then you might be heard from friends that there are a lot of money to be made here. It is true, but this involves a lot of knowledge and work. If you have money to live several years with no other income, then you can invest 6 months of your time into learning and testing what works.

I think most people here reached the landmark of generating an income only doing this starting from 0. This is the type of field you want to go if you have a lot of time to learn and test. Since you have money you can speed up your learning and testing process, but the amount of work involved in this is also very big. I don't know anyone to reach success in IM with no time spent on learning and tersting.

Here are some options when it comes to online business ventures that you can run on your own or with a team of inhouse employees and / or remote contractors:

1. Affiliate Marketing = This is where you target a specific group of online buyers in particular locations with certain hobbies, needs and problems that are relevant to certain products and / or services from developers and / or service providers that offer affiliate programs where you can earn fixed one-time or recurring commissions from each sale you generate for them. This basically involves setting up a site, creating an opt-in offer, creating authority onsite content, establishing your presence in other online places where your target group of online buyers hangs out, advertising your opt-in offer and site in those online places so as to generate traffic, growing your mailing list of subscribers, and sending out non-promotional emails and promotional emails with your recommendations for your affiliate products and / or service offers to your subscribers...

2. Creating your own service offers and / or digital products that you can sell -- Same concept above, but instead of affiliate products and / or service offers -- You sell your own products and / or service offers...

3. Earn from ad revenues -- You can set up a site, publish ads from PPC networks like Google and other advertising networks where you can sign up as an ad publisher (PPA, PPD, PPI networks), drive traffic to your site, and earn from ad revenues -- With Google Adsense (ad publisher network), Google pays you each time your site viewers click on the Google ads that are displayed on your site. With PPA / PPD / PPI networks, they pay you each time a site viewer completes a required action, such as filling out a form (Pay Per Action networks, more commonly known as CPA or Cost Per Action networks), downloading a specific product from your site (Pay Per Download networks, more commonly known as CPD or Cost Per Download networks), and downloading then installing a software product and other recommended software products during installation (Pay Per Install networks)...

4. Earn from video ad revenues -- The highest Youtube earner last year earned almost $5M from ad revenues by just publishing videos where they open Disney toys and of course by driving crazy traffic to those videos. Signing up with the Youtube Publisher network and the Dailymotion Official network allows you to upload videos and earn ad revenues from views (and clicks) of the ads displayed in your videos, even if your videos are embedded in other sites. Signing up with the Dailymotion Publisher network allows you to find relevant videos that were uploaded by others to the Dailymotion database, embed these videos in your own site and social networks, and earn from views (and clicks) of ads that are displayed with those videos...

... And So On ...

There are a ton of different ways to make money online. Find the one that interests you the most (that is also scalable) and focus all of your attention on that one method.

Put any excess money you don't need into a few index funds. I recommend using Vanguard.

Finally, (and this is important) don't waste money on WSOs that claim to make you an instant success. There are no get rich quick schemes. Remember, if it were easy, we'd all be rich.

I don't know about low entry but I would look at real estate. Buy a property, and rent it out each month for a passive sort of income.

This section of the forum, trust me, will not provide you a satisfying answer, because within
this section, most warriors only provide general ideas regarding your subject. You should
spend a couple of bucks in the Warrior Special Offers section. My recommendation is to
look for Email Marketing related products, because I have earned a lot of quick cash with it
in a short period of time. Patient is your Friend; you will test and experiment many different
things and find what truly work for you. So, be extremely patient!!

Buddy, I do not believe buying a property and renting it out would fit for beginner. I hope
this is sarcasm, because I do not think you are being serious.

It sounds like you need semi or complete passive income methods. These are not shared readily in public. I can give you a couple to aid further research, though.

- Article syndication
- Video syndication

The idea, in general, is to spend a little time setting up a system and then let it generate and income without intervention. It's not as hard as it sounds, but does require initial work, of course.

I plan on taking my online earnings offline and investing in real estate in nice locations.. I will only do it when I can afford to lose X amount without being broke, that way I can earn a nice passive income when its inhabited, and if its not, well no big deal at least I have a sweet place to spend time in or share with family until the next tenants arrive..

invest it into paid traffic. Of course, you need to
be sure that you have a rock solid funnel first...

Including a high converting capture page.

You also need to know how to follow up with your
list properly. After all, the fortune is in the follow up.

Once you get that nailed down, you should look up
Igor Kheifets and order some traffic from him.

Building a targeted list is the greatest thing you will
ever do for your business. Focus on that, work on the above ^^

and the money will flow even faster!

This is a very interesting thread.

I am an affiliate marketer in IM. I drove truck here in Canada for 20 years. I have 9 years of online experience.

There is a US Trucker who just joined me in my business. He has a trucking fleet of two trucks. So he is driving one and has another driver on the other.

He wanted to put another driver on the truck he is now driving now and to come home full time to learn all this IM stuff.

I advised him to stay in the truck he is driving right now because it would cost him around $1000 USD to pay another driver per week PLUS his current living expenses will have to keep coming out of his pocket.

So I am advising him (a beginner) to not pursue IM Full time to do Paid Ads While I am doing something completely different.

I am mostly doing FREE IM Traffic generation full time.

Why?

Because I understand IM and while I do mostly free methods of traffic generation right now, I also have access to Paid Traffic that is converting to sales with our system right now.

He wants to be able to be home full time, go to the gym and live a very nice lifestyle from IM.

And I am confident that if he listens to me, does the paid ads that I give him and keeps using our system, that he will accomplish this within the next 6 months.

Why?

• Because I know the trucking industry.
  
• Because I understand the IM industry
• Because I know the profit pulling potential of our system
  
• Because I know that the Paid Ads will convert into 'consistent' sales...for him.

But can I be so confident with offering other beginners methods that will work?

No I wouldn't.

Because there is too much ??? regarding you and every other beginner. No one knows where you are right now exactly or what you would be willing to do (if anything at all).
