how to use landing page

If I do landing page to collect emails, how exactly this way work. Is this the way when visitor enter the data into the form and click submit on the form, then the visitor, form whom I recived an email reciving CPA offer via email or I gather database of emails for specific nich and when visitor click on submit form I send him/her to direct CPA offer and email is in my database? If it works for both types which type has better convesion for CPA offer?
And I buy 1 wordpress site to create landing pages but I don't have idea how to create that?

    You can do that in both ways and you should try and test which works better. And regarding creating landing pages, if you don't want to deal with any tech stuff and want to just create landing pages fast and easy, you can use hosted solutions like landingpagemonkey.com or 1minutesites.com.

      Means 1MinuteSites will do all the work for me and I just pick the offers and they will connect the landing page to the offers or website ?

        No, they just provide you the landing page designs. You want to use your own domain, autoresponder, and cpa account (for cpa offers).
