Best place for invoicing and credit card processing?

We are opening up a new division and will be accepting credit card payments but will also need to invoice the buyers, what is a good company to go with? Everyone I see like Square and others are high %, who has the lowest and easiest company to use?

    I use Authorize.net and QuickBooks, I'm not sure how their fees match up with other companies.

    For simplicity and efficiency I use PayPal. I've been using them for 7 years and have never had a problem. You can now do everything right on your smart phone with "PayPal here"..

    Paypal Payments Pro. $30/month + transaction fees. That's what I have been using on my websites.
