Payment Gateway and Merchant Account.

Hi

Can anyone offer some advice please regarding what Gateway service and Merchant Account Provider to use?

I am setting up an online business that will be selling information products related to stock trading and Investing. I have been looking at using Greenrope as a CRM and using maybe Authorize.net as the gateway provider and Powerpay for the merchant service provider.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Neil

You can use Zaxaa.com (premium automation). You have many payment gateway options (paypal, 2checkout, stripe, authorize.net).

This mostly depends on your volume and industry type of your sales. Stripe and Paypay are good solutions for low-risk, low-volume merchants because they are easy to set-up and straight forward pricing. I would check with them on accepting your business type. Mutual Funds and Stocks typically fall into a "High-Risk - Qualified" ranking. This just means that only some banks will approve a merchant account for your business. You could always use Auth.net if you get the approved MID. Merchant Mavericks tends to do a pretty good comparison on gateways and providers out there.

When it comes to gateway and merchant account services, you'd want a reliable partner who could seamlessly merge the two and provide payment processing solutions that are tailored to suit your business and needs. I'd recommend CreditCardProcessing.com. And here's some additional information on Authorize.net - creditcardprocessing.com/2013/09/detailed-information-authorize-net/

Look, honestly, there are plenty of good processors out there.

In your case, you need a high risk processor. Just Google each company and see what clients say. You are more than welcome to Google the company I represent, MagicPay for this matter.

Then, once you have a merchant account on hand, it's easy to find a payment gateway, you can go with Authorize.net, NMI, eProcessing Network or USAePay.

Typically, we board merchants with our payment gateway, the MagicPay gateway. But you have the choice to change.

    Good luck!
