Can adsense ban if ads are not on duplicate content page?

I have a multisite, the adsense ads are not on the content where I have duplicate content, but they are on the pages which don't have duplicate content. Can I still get banned, even if adsense ads are not on pages where there's duplicate content?

So as long as ads are not in pages with duplicate content that they 100% won't ban me? It's a multisite, the home page has duplicate reviews while sub domains are my own content, which I have adsense ads on

And your point is? Google makes the decision and no one here can promise you what Adsense will or will not allow.

My own rule is if I think something MIGHT be a problem - I don't do it.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

From this response, you just insinuate that you think you may have done something wrong.

As Kay said when you have this running through your head, just don't do it.

Once your banned by Google that's it.

        End of story

AdSense probably won't ban your account for something like that. (Although as stated earlier Google can do what they want)

If they have a problem with content on your pages then they will disable ads on those pages.

For example, a recent warrior posted that AdSense was not appearing on certain pages of his blog. Upon closer inspection it was because those pages contained some adult themes that slipped through his filters.

He fixed the content and ads started appearing again.

Google only blocked the ads on the impacted pages, not his whole site.

"Duplicate content" is a very misunderstood term and refers to content appearing multiple times on the same domain.

Copying an articles from EZinearticles to your blog is not "duplicate content". It may be flagged as "low value" if it is PLR or Article Directory content that appears all over the place. But that is a different penalty than "duplicate content".
