It's about knife crime so sorry for the negatives I just thought it was a good advert.

How is this created to follow the links?

  It is by the Annotations feature and it can be easily added to a video.
  
  Have a look at
  
  YouTube - youtube motion backgrounds2
  
  I added the annotations to the end of an existing test video I had ( just need to figure how to adjust the font!) and linked it to to options - interesting feature and lots of potential.... now who is getting the WSO out first?

This has ability has been around for quite some and is built into YouTube natively, there is nothing else that needs to be added.
