Need some help please!

I am trying to promote this offer that its just for USA and Canada(I am not in this countries)and I clicked my affiliate link to see what will my customers see ,but I get this--
Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting ....I woud have posted the affiliate link but I am pretty sure that I'm not allowed...so is the affiliate link working and the only problem is that I am not from USA or Canada?Can I still promote this offer in this countries and to be sure that whoever clicks the link is actualy seeing the offer?
Please let me know what you think

    As you have clearly mentioned the offer is only for US and Canadian people. Then if you are not in those countries, then why you want to apply?

    Yes! I would say the problem is that you are not from US or Canada, so the link doesn't work.

    You can promote your country specific or worldwide offers.

      In my experience affiliate networks will redirect traffic from countries that are not allowed to alternate offers.

      Since you are not in one of the allowed countries that is probably what is happening.

      The link should work fine if you send traffic to it from allowed countries.

    yes you can promote i'm to not from usa and have offer that are not allowed in my country but i try to promote it and make money you can promote it if you have link you will note see the page but people in usa will

    its because you are not in the selected countries they won't show it to you!

    when i first started I had the exact same issue's not understanding why my US dating link would being me to something random when I clicked.. so don't worry it happens to the best of us!
