ScheduleOnce or cVita Appointment Setting?

Hi All,

I've been researching both the ScheduleOnce and the vCita version for online appointment scheduling and I can't seem to find any real comparisons between the two. Both are paid services, around $$13-$20 a month and both automate online appointment settings. They are distinctively different, I used the trial versions for both but can't make up my mind of which one works better in the long run. Before jumping in and then doing damage control later, I thought I'd check here to see if anyone else uses any of these services.

Thanks for all your valuable feedback!

  • Which did you go with? I'm looking at both of them, too.

I am using TimeTrade... mostly because its syncs with Outlook. (i.e. in my Outlook, when I schedule a meeting, it also appears on my time trade at the next sync time. AND the same happens when someone creates a meeting with me online. I can also press the button in Outlook and sync the calendars, too).

Many of the programs (I've looked at nearly 30) don't do that.
