What to Do With Empty Domain?

I have a few empty domains that are sitting around. Not going to develop them and they pretty much have a few months left. Any way to monetize them?

    You could ...

    1. Flip them.
    2. Develop and flip domain and website.
    3. Develop and monetize.

According to the name of domains you can find some one who needs it. Flipping is not only submit your site in Flippa and Sudo. You should find candidates yourself.

If no one wants this domain name and you are currently not making money with it, then I would let it go.

I think its totally dependant on the domain names themselves. Some you may not be able to monetise in any serious way while others will be a gold mine. This is for both straight up flipping the domain name (as mentioned above finding candidates for the domain is better than just listing it on flippa. Quick google search may yield some answers) but its also good if you want to quickly develop the site then flip the whole thing.

    I wish you luck!

Honestly, here in the last 2years I have just let some of mine expire. I did have some years on some of them.

I could have Flipped them but have just had too much work to fool with it.

Just let them go, I say.

I agree, if you don't have the time and the will to develop them into something that will bring you money, let them go. Unless the domain names are really catchy and someone might want them!

At the very least, list them on Sedo.com - it's free, and if your domains are attractive enough, you may get an offer. List with a low buy now price if you're wanting to unload them as quickly as possible. Make sure you place them in the right category. If the domains aren't that great, just let them expire.
