Amazon Product Advertising API - Storing Images
I'm working on a WordPress theme that will allow people to easily create stores for Amazon Associates program (I know that there are already a lot of similar themes and plugins).
I'm trying to make this theme to respect the terms imposed by Amazon as much as possible.
However, I find Amazon Product Advertising license agreement quite restrictive, in particular, the image storage part.
From what I understand from the point (n) of this license is that you can't store any product images. You can store only the links to those images for a maximum time of 24h.
What makes me confused is that there are a lot of themes and plugins who violates exactly this point.
Most, are storing the product images on users servers.
Now my question is:
Have anyone here used a theme/plugin that violates this rule and had any problems with Amazon?
