help me sell academy award nominated dvd

i have never sold anything online.. but i very interested in learning how..

i sell investment property in orange county and a client i had introduced me to an actor / director who i became friends with and in early 2000 we put some investor capital together and produced a foreign short called "MOST" the movie which was then nominated for an academy award for best short live-action drama..

it was amazing actually to think a couple of amateurs even got that far! i thought it was impossible to make a movie back then kind of like i feel about making money online now..

i preceded to have a palate of dvds delivered to my garage with no experience selling them.. eventually we did sell many online to churches and to people seeking to use them as witnessing tools.. which then led us to simply license the churches to show the movie and then offer them for sale after the service while providing the church with an ability to generate affiliate commission so to speak.. nonetheless it was a win-win all around. we sold them 2 for 19.99-

we sold about 200,000 units over 5 years but once the investors were paid back i let it slip completely and became involved with other things.. nonetheless at this point i have product sitting in my garage which i have considered sending to amazon fulfillment or what have you..

i would also like to explore the idea of selling a downloadable version of the video content as well (which would hopefully be secure, and expirable, or hosted and protected.. not sure how all that works.. :-/) which would then lower fulfillment costs like shipping..

i would also need advice on structuring an affiliate offer for warrior forum.. currently i don't even have a site- just a product.. can i make an affiliate offer with just product??
