I'm used to Google Adwords "shutting me out" after awhile of researching online...I usually wait ten minutes and come back to it.

I've just started using MS and after awhile of researching, keep getting this error message:

"Difficulty retrieving 1 cell: Organic traffic data. Try pressing Analyze Keywords again."

Is that the same as Google shutting me out for awhile?

No it's not the same. when you get the google shutdown through MS you get a specific message that tells you that. I use a proxy server to keep it from happening.

The message you get means that there is one cell in the database, more specific in the column that shows the organic traffic numbers, that can't get an exact result through MS. It happens from time to time. Normally with re-analyzing it's fixed.

(btw, why didn't you just ask me, you know I've worked with it before?

)

Leslie's right - usually this is caused by a single piece of data (or sometimes pieces of data) being inaccessible to Market Samurai.

If you like, get in touch with Noble Samurai Support and let us know which piece of data is inaccessible. (Sorry - I can't give you a link to the page on Noble Samurai dot com because I can't link here yet

)

This will help us - and mean we can help you.

It will help us by allowing us to investigate why Google isn't allowing access to that piece of data.

And it will mean we can potentially help you to find an alternative way to get that single piece of missing information.
