Withdraw funds from the US Amazon affiliate program as a non-US citizen?

Does anyone know of a good way for a non-US citizen to withdraw funds to their bank account from the US Amazon affiliate program?

I'm currently using Payoneer, but it's super-expensive in my opinion. They charge 1 % just to add the funds to my Payoneer account, then another 2 % to send it to my bank account, plus 2-2.75% in exchange rate fees (and I want to keep my money in US dollars in my local account, but Payoneer refuses to send the money in any other currency than the local), plus yearly card costs etc. This means that I'm paying a total of about 5.5 % just to get the money from my Amazon account to my bank account, which is horrible in my opinion.

Does anyone know of a better option? A good option would be if I could open a regular bank account in a regular US bank, does anyone know if any bank will allow that?

    what are the withdrawel options with amazon? Can you send money to debit cards? If so purchase a refillable US debit card, I know there are lots around..

    You could try citibank and there international banking service I think they have a transaction fee free service and transaction fee free cash withdrawals. If however you continue to use payoneer or other banking services which charge a fee for currency conversions and interest on deposits then I would recommend you build up your money with amazon first so you don't regularly pay the interest and currency conversion costs each month.
    By collecting every 3, 6, 12 months the cost of the interest and currency conversion will be far less than depositing the money on a monthly basis
