Proven Internet Marketing Programs???

First off, if this thread is in the wrong place, please tell me where to it should be and I won't make the mistake again.

My question is to all of you that are experienced in IM.

My background is Real Estate Investing and I'm creating a program to teach others what I do. I have a true passion to make sure the purchasers of my E-Book succeed.

I want to also inform them of actual proven 'work from home' or 'Internet Marketing' type programs that really work. I'm hoping some of you will provide me with some of these programs and a brief description of it as well as what it's done for you.

The idea behind me wanting to do this is offer someone who is interested in Real Estate Investing have an opportunity to not only learn how to market themselves and their Real Estate Investing Business but also market and sell other products to generate income that they could use to market their Real Estate business.

I recently purchased 'One Week Marketing' by PotPieGirl and thought it was decent and it opened my eyes up to a lot of things I wasn't aware of. One of them was the vast array of different programs out there in the marketplace today.

I'm aware of Clickbank and CommissionJunction, but that's not my questions. I want to know of specific products and/or services that you've marketed and have had relatively decent success. I'd be personally reviewing these products and services and determining if they would actually benefit my students. I'm not looking for spam master type of programs but some that actually have value built into them.

Any help would great. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

I'd suggest having a look at Site Build It! from SiteSell.com...heaps of promotional tools if you're an affiliate (they even having a range of industry-specifc landing pages). And it actually works! Great for beginners...An all-in-one ebiz solution...
