Clickbank Account Error - Please Help!

Recently I've been noticing rather strange things occurring in my ClickBank account. Firstly, I changed to xach direct deposit and was told in the confirmation email that these changes would come into effect pay period ending 8/16/2008.

I opened my account today and looked at the "reporting" tab. It says that a paycheck has been sent on 9/15/2008, yet today is only 9/08/2008 - how does that work! Also, I cannot tell if this mystery payment is to have been sent by check or by direct deposit.

Any help would be appreciated as I cannot get any sense whatsoever out of the ClickBank staff!

    Hi Sam,

    That means is is GOING to be sent on the 15th.

    I use direct deposit too (I'm in Australia) and they always tell you in advance which day they are going to make the deposit.

    I always find it is there one or two days after the actual date.

      So let me get this straight- the 15th is the day that the payment will be sent by direct deposit?

        Yes, correct.

        Although it always takes an extra day or so to clear in my bank account

          They've made a few changes with payment dates and reporting. All payments will occur on Wednesdays starting this month.
