Please share your preferred Canadian Online Marketing Competitor Analysis Tool.

Hoping someone can share some real insight here. I'll post back with anything I find as I'm in the process of researching.
Basically as the title says, I'm in the market looking for a competitor research analysis tool, or more specifically THE best tool available for the Canadian market. I mention Canadian specially because there are many tools right now that do not account for Google PLA in Canada. We are heavy PPC advertisers and having insight on Google Canada PLA is an absolute. SEMRush for instance does not give this data in Canada, neither does Keywordspy.. I'm hoping someone from the community has gone through this ordeal and wouldn't mind sharing.
I have also tested out Follow.however I'm not sure about the accuracy of the data, I've seen some inconsistencies so have become a little concerned.
Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
