"1-Click" ordering - Is there a patent?

I have the ability to do 1-click payments for my upsells and products using Digital Access Pass.

I was about to put up an order button that said "Buy Now With 1-Click" but then saw that Amazon and perhaps other companies have patents on this terminology.

Assume my site will be very visible in a big, competitive niche.

What would be safe to use in this case?

    Use different terminology.

    "Get it with a click!"

    "Make it yours click here"
