If your hosting gets cancelled, do you lose your Page Rank?

If my site's hosting gets cancelled and the same day put onto another hosting account, will I lose any google page rank i have so far....or does google not "SEE" me changing hosting accounts if its only a day apart.

Basically i have a sub-domain that i want to make a MAIN domain, and it seems the easiest way to do this is to just buy another hosting account and put it there as the main domain name.

but i have a decent PR right now and dont want to lose it. I have reasons for doing it, but wanted to see if it may screw me up w/ google, or get me sandboxed?

    no, it wont cause any problems.

    However, your sub domain will lose the page rank once you switch it to a real domain name. You will have to rebuild the pagerank for your new domain.
