For Free Offers - do you make your own or use someone else?

Curious what the majority of folks on here do as far as a Free Offer goes on your squeez page.

Do you write your own ebook/guide/whatever you're giving away.

Or do you someone else's material that is resellable?

I do both, but if I use PLR or outsource, I then do a major rewrite to make it my own

Always write my own as I want to prequalify people for the next stage, preempt objections and get my voice in their head.

For me an important part of the freebie is to repel as well as attract.

I also do my own. It doesn't have to be hard. Just have a look what people struggle with and find an one answer solution.
Ebooks are good for sure but videos or webinars are working good as well. It really depends on how good and valuable your content is. I used PLR in the past as well and it worked but I would also try to use your own stuff as soon as possible.

Since you CAN'T create own free offers which are REALLY useful to the receiver, it's better to going through someone else's......

Sorry to contradict what you're saying Ayawa, but I find it ludicrous.

In most cases, it's best to create your own. The reason? So you can make it valuable, useful, and exactly relevant to what you're going to be selling.

To say you can't create your own free offers is laughable.

Yes, Steve, that’s very true. If somebody can’t create a niche product even as free offer, somebody can argue that he isn’t qualified for niche marketing as well.

But, there’s a different side on the story………

        “Image is everything”

If the receiver would be received something really useful for him, with no doubt, he responds on your next offer as well because it builds some positive image about the sender.

Can you create something really useful? I totally agree with Steve, that’s you must do, it’s creditable.

Can’t you? You’ve to go through third person’s effort. As I personally believe, giving some extra promotion for someone else is better than breaking your image.

I write my own, sometimes I use PLR as a starting point, but I usually look for something people have a number of questions about and create something that answers those questions.
