*EDIT: yes, this is most useful for article ideas. Sorry I was not so clear when posting originally. Some of you likely know this already, but for newbies it's a great tool. We all know the importance of long tail keywords, so I'll skip the speech and get to the meat and potatoes... First go here: Keyword Questions – Keyword Research Tool Now let's enter a single keyword to try out..."money"... Survey says: ![]() I'm sure most of you will see value in this...especially if you need article writing ideas ![]() Sorry if this is old hat, but I see it as valuable and there are plenty of new people around to take advantage of it. |

That is so cool. Yes, and talk about highly targeted. There is no better way to target a market than to answer their real questions. Thank you for sharing. AW888 |

Longtail doesn't mean a long phrase. It means it is a term that is used to search for a specific niche that is not one of the main big keyword phrases. It means that there are fewer searches on it, but hopefully there is much less competition for it so it is easier to rank in G for that term. It is going after the little fish. -joel |

This is a great tool, it does make it a lot easier for idea's that you may need to write an article with. I think that people cannot hear enough about the whole long-tail way of creating an article. With all the competition out there, you need to find things that are being searched and has very little competition.

More socially interesting then useful for marketing in my opinion. Los Angeles Top 3 1 what type of region is los angeles 827 2 los angeles where do omari grandberry live 125 3 who is the sheriff of los angeles county Can you monetize from this? I'd imagine there is opportunity in trends... but how big is the data pool they are using? And what Geo Group is it skewed towards? If the data pool were Google I'd see a whole lot more value in this. |

Nice share, Matt. This looks like the perfect tool for finding interesting subjects for article writing. I probably wouldn't optimize an article for the actual question, but would find a related longtail term that would fit the question to optimize around.

Before diving in and using the high search volume keywords, it is worth doing some further research to see how many competing sites or articles are optimized with them, otherwise you could easily find your efforts have been wasted. Graham |

Are you looking for a business opportunity that’s property related? Well, the answer may be closer than you think – right on your doorstep perhaps. In fact, there’s money to be made anywhere you see a property for sale. Let me explain… | |

"What presidents are on money?"! Is this really the question most asked about money? And by such a landslide, too? According to your example, almost twice as many people are concerned with this nonsensical query than "How to make money?" Something seems a bit off here. I think it's useful for sparking ideas, but it falls a long way short of fast and easy long tail keyword research. Unless fast, easy and inaccurate long tail keyword research is the aim of the game, in which case you might just as well listen to the questions being asked down the pub. At least you get a beer out of it |

I should have been more clear, especially in my thread title. Yes, this is absolutely more useful for article ideas than anything else. Though there could be some value in actual keyword research itself. Glad some of you found it useful. |

Not sure aboout this. If you're building for Google then the Adwords Keyword Tool is perfect for the job.

Hi Matt, You have given interesting info. The value of this info will depend upon how you want to use it. If a writer is given the keyword research work also then this will be very much useful info. It should also help in understanding what people really want. Thanks for good info pratibha |

This is kind of interesting. If this is used in conjunction with the Adwords Keyword Tool a person may go a long ways in adding different takes on article titles and ideas. Could be a useful tool along the way for article marketing. |

This is SO deadly for article writing. I've been using this tool all day to mine keyword rich questions...and then ran them through Answer Analyst. End result after 9 hours? 16 articles. That might not sound like a lot after 9 hours....especially if you're used to churning out two dozen Bum articles per hour...but they are high quality and will fetch some good money on Constant Content. |

You need to use this keyword tool a little better. The best way to use this info is to take one of the phrases in the search, copy it, and search that phrase to come up with "real" longtials. Here, I did it below. I took one of the phrases that came up under "money", then searched it and came up with some better phrases. This is where the real money is |
