15.000 unique adult visitors & 3.000 leads: how can i monetize?

Hello everybody. I have a website with about 500-1000 unique visitors and we collect about 100+ emails a day.

Our target is Skype sex, so we are collecting leads looking for free sex on skype.

I can't see great result with:
- erotic chat affiliation
- dating service / infoproduct affiliation
- our membership (we sell the women's contact in a very low ticket membership)

How can i earn money from this website? What would you do if you are me?
