Adsense Ad Placement
Reading Google Adsense guidelines says the following is not allowed:
"site layout that pushes content below the fold"

What happens if, instead of the above, it consisted of only one big Adsense block on the left and the text wrapped around it? There seems to be quite a few sites are have formatted in such a way.
