Best Way To Spread The Word About an Adult Site?

Here's my problem:

I have created a site for adult affiliates to post their links and I'm looking for ways to get the word out without violating the terms on any forums and other sites. What do you think's the best means of achieving a steady stream of affiliate traffic to my site without advertising?
