We want to offer our visitorswho purchase a membership, a 30 day money back guarantee.

What program or software does this? We do take credit cards through Wells Fargo but need to show the guarantee stated above...

    Depends how complicated you want to make it but you could simply say something like "send us an email" or "contact our support desk".

    Lots of potential wordings for that in the WSO section and elsewhere on the web (any Clickbank product).

    That said, most products I've bought don't mention the guarantee except on the sales page and don't explicitly say how you'd claim it.

    Hey Moon, you may want to look into s2 member. It's a membership plugin for wordpress that uses a tier system for accessing content. So people who are a level 1 member for example can only access level 1 content etc... My merchant (Warrior+) has an option to integrate with s2 member and their platform has an option to downgrade members who use the 30 day guarantee. It would downgrade them to level 0 in this example.
    Not sure if that's what you're looking for but it's one way to do it.
