Just google it, if your video is how to make a pizza, post it on cooking related forums, they are everywhere. Also you can post it to facebook groups and pages related to your video.

If your video is NOT related to the "Make money online niche", go and share it on big facebook groups related to the topic of the video, if it's related enough (targeted) to the group, then no one should flag it.

you get not only hundred but thousands of views in a day, shares, no spam complaints inside facebook, also, each share is a social signal for google's eyes (social link juice).

I would focus on learning how to rank your videos so they show up on the front page. Here are a couple tricks that will help you rank them.

1) Keyword research is #1 when you search for that keyword on yourtube put " " marks around the word or phrase. That will show you how many videos are trying to rank for the exact keyword. If you are shooting for ones that have hundreds of thousands, it is tough with out great authority.

2) Write a 200-300 word description using about 1-2% keyword density in your description.

3) Link to other videos inside of your video using annotations.

4) Super ninja technique, Go into the info settings area and turn on Closed captions, but do not make them viewable. You can edit the subtitles and insert your keywords and related keywords, do not stuff it like crazy just make it keyword dense. this will help you rank your videos.

5) Use PPC ads to drive traffic to your videos, just make sure you have a solid call to action so you can capture the leads.
