Online Mobile Friendly Form Creator that can....

Hi All,

I am looking for a online mobile friendly form creator that can be used to save information NOT submit or email. For example, I want to create an online form where I can input information, save it, then open it up again to finish filling and possibly later add more to the form.

Basically a form to keep a record of information in an ongoing basis. Since I won't be the only one using the form, I need an easy way for several users to have their own form to keep their own records.

PREFERABLY something that doesn't cost a ton.

This is more like a Notepad with fields as a guide. THIS INFORMATION DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED. It will be for users to keep note of their progress.

THANKS!

If the form isn't submitted, how do you think the information you put into the form is going to be saved?

One way or another it's going to be submitted. Either because AJAX is making repeated JSON calls back to the server to submit each keystroke as it's entered, or because there's a "save" button that does it all at once, or something. One way or another, if you want the information in the form saved, the data has to be sent to the server to be saved.

If you are saying you want people to be able to visit the "notepad" thingy on your wordpress blog, enter information into a form, and that information is saved LOCALLY to that computer's hard drive ... you won't find anything like that.

The security of most browsers prevents any kind of saving to the local drive from a page served up by a server unless the user actually goes up and clicks, "file, save".

Maybe I'm just not understanding what you're saying you need?

Thanks sorry I think I am making it more complicated. My client wants THEIR clients to save Assessment forms on their progress. They need a copy that is what they are trying to get away from. They only keep copies because their clients forget their information. They just want something they can save in their own account but wants it in a "form" so all the requirements are the same for each user.
