Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the company Flexithemes? I'm thinking of purchasing a theme from them, but they refuse to answer even the most basic questions via email regarding their themes, and there is no support telephone number available on their website. I get a real shady vibe off of them.

Are they reputable, or is it better to give them a miss? Any feedback on this subject would be appreciated, as I would like to purchase one of their themes if possible.

Thanks very much....

Well, you should read those signs. If that happens to me, I won't buy from them. Even if it's from StudioPress. If they won't answer, they don't care about their customers. It's one of the things I search for a product; good customer service.

If you're not pleased with them from the very beginning, then definitely look elsewhere!
It's possible that you might need help with your theme even after you purchase it... and if they clearly don't care about their customers, then it's probably best to let them go.

Can I suggest Elegant Themes? I am one of the cheapest people you will ever meet. I try to do everything as cheaply (or free) as I can. That being said...

I decided to get the Elegant Themes $89 yearly membership. After looking around at all the free, cheap, and not-so-cheap themes, they have the most bang for your buck.

Take a look - they've got something for everyone.
