I had high hopes when MacSpeech Dictate was originally released. Using the same engine as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, it converted users' speech into text. Unfortunately, many of the reviews I read concluded that it was a great start, but there was more work to be done before it was good enough to be used everyday. Well, version 1.5 has just been released, and the reviews are much more positive.... Thanks for the info john. I have a windows computer JUST so I could use Dragon on it. (I write a lot of ebooks). I was looking for it for my mac and I couldn't find anything worth it based on the reviews. js |

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean, Jon. I've been itching to buy it too, but those reviews were just too luke-warm.
