Hi guys any help will be appreciated.
Hostgator is lately putting restriction on my account because of the cpu usage .
Finally today they have send me email finally clarifying the problem .

" Based on this breakdown, it appears that the WooCommerce and WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the most resource intensive, adding over 2 seconds to the site's execution time in conjunction.

In general, we would advise deactivating and removing any plugins that are not absolutely critical to the operation of your site as this will help in keeping it performing within acceptable parameters. Please keep in mind that while deactivating plugins does help reduce resource usage, completely deleting these plugins would be preferable as some plugins retain some functionality even after being disabled."

Ok so woocommerce plugin takes a lot of resources , how do you run your store without this plugin .
As for VC it comes with the Blaszok theme which i love ( supported for life ) , buying dedicated server is the best idea but the price each month is 178 $ which for new store is not the best option .
I know i could buy just the theme but actually i am really tired from the useless themes i have because they are not supported anymore , which i think would be great idea if Warrior forum could make mandatory for developers to include the statement for how long they are going to support their themes or plugins .
So i would love to keep my Blaszok theme with VC included and off course i need woocomerce to run my store .
Any idea what else i could do to lower the cpu ?
PS i also have account on the Cloudflare but i don't know if this will help much .
I would appreciate other opinions how you guy deal with this kind of a problems
Thanks Eva

How much traffic your site gets monthly?

The visual page builder plugins are problematic in general. Although they are very useful, they are not very well optimized for performance.

If your site is based entirely on WooCommerce, you cannot really quit this plugin, so I guess you'll have to change your hosting package or upgrade to a VPS hosting (which is cheaper than a dedicated server).

Another option will be to try the E-commerce plugin instead, and see if you have better results, but I guess you would need to edit your theme to fully support it.

Hi the site is new ( 3 weeks ) but i do get around 50 people a day which includes some bots i believe .
Hostgator blocked some of them but still when i check Google Analytics this is what i see there .
I checked e-commerce plugin reviews before installation and the results were 50 % of the people gave 1 star and complained about unlimited problems .
But i will check this VSP hosting .
      Thanks Zenoth

What hosting package from HostGator do you have?

It's really not OK to get CPU restrictions for only 50 visitors per day and you don't need a VPS for that traffic volume.

Something is not right with your your WooCommerce plugin.

I had baby account , but i switched to business which i have different opinion from different hostgator techs .
Some said it will help , some said not really .
Right now they are migrating some of my sites .
So i deactivated a lot of plugin i don't use, like bbpress, wordfence, updraft, but blaszok comes with a lot of plugins itself . Since i have cloudflare i am not sure i really need wordfence plugin.
However Hostgator had tested all of my plugins and most of them is not causing any issues beside those two
      Thanks

Here is the test they did on my plugins

Yes you need to look at a VPS system - they are pretty cheap nowadays and basically it means you share a whole server with only a couple other people (say 4) 20 to 40 a month is easily found. I use hostV for example but there are tons..

I dont think 50 visits a day to a WooCommerce store should warrant a VPS. I have run stores that get much more traffic to that on shared hosting while using woocommerce with no issues.

On first look, you have a LOT of plugins. While plugins are great, every single on of them adds to the load time. I would take a hard look at each plugin and decide if you REALLY need it. Even shaving 0.01 seconds off helps a lot in the long run.

Another way to reduce the plugins would be to hire a developer to build you a custom theme. They can build a lot of the functionality into the theme including the stuff you are doing with visual bakery. These plugins are very cool for making page layouts, but they do slow down your site as it adds to the number of queries required to display your data.

I would also optimize your images. Use something like WP Smush it to optimize them in the WordPress backend. While this will add another plugin to your site, it does not load when a visitors visits.

How many products do you have on your site?

Have you thought about using a dedicated WordPress host? WP Engine and Page.ly are great.

you have too many plugins & will most likely run into the same problems over and over no matter which shared hosting plan. You either need to find a plan with higher resources in regards to CPU/Memory or use a virtual server with dedicated resources. One thing to keep in mind is that high CPU doesn't necessarily mean it's CPU intensive. If you max out on memory, it will spike the CPU.

My first thought was that you're on Hostgator, so you're going to run into limitations pretty soon anyway. But then you posted that huge list of plugins.

Once you get more traffic those plugins are going to be a nightmare for any shared hosting account. Get a cheap vps with a company like knownhost or tmzvps (the cheapest options ive found) and you should be good even when your traffic increases.

you would do well to consider moving away from the egi owned hostgator these days.

moving from baby to business, won't help much...both are seriously oversold at HG which is partly why 50ish visits a day is getting you into trouble.

ssd hardrive will also help you if you have a big wp site with lots of plugins and such.

i would be strongly considering moving to a place like liquidweb.com
https://www.liquidweb.com/configure/...e-hosting-plan (not an affiliate link guys...relax)

they have a basic plan that is fully managed and not nearly as oversold as HG...with far better supoort. I know you are going to look at their space/bandwidth limits and compare them to the unlimited at HG....but how is that working out for you really....not quite unlimited really is.

The guys at liquid web are honest folks who provide a solid service for a reasonable rate. Just my 2 cents. You will always have issues running WP with any meaningful traffic on oversold servers.
