Hi all, any good ideas or suggestions of a good name for a new forum handling multiple topics? Forum will be tech based.

Salute....

You won't receive any good suggestions with such limited information, and quite likely people will snap up the good domains. I recommend you learn how to select and register high-value domain names. Best way to go, buddy.

Like the above poster said, you need a bit more information in what topics you will be posting about on your tech forum.

I suggest you look at this article to learn what makes a good name, then brainstorm a couple of names and narrow it down from there. Try to go for one that you think would appeal to your audience.

People are better at remembering short domain names. Also, use dot com. That way people do not have any problems remembering if you are dot net or org. Let me add, a lot of great names are taken already so people say ForumZ instead of forums and that should help you. Here is a recap.

    • short domain name
    • make it dot com
    • use a z

I find an online thesaurus to be great when trying to pick a name. Just stick "Technology" and "Forum" in there (and others) and see what combinations you can come up with.

There are so many domains that you can choose, but my best suggestion is to get a domain without numbers.
If you want to support your members for technology products choose like 24hourtech, and in similar domains.

maybe it sounds silly, but it doesnt have to include word "tech" at all, lets say appstagram would be more than fair enough, but i suggest that you just want to "kill it" with a key word itself
