Open a US bank account non-resident

Hi warriors, I'm from Morocco and I would like to open a US bank account to link it with my Paypal, Is there any way to do that without going to the USA?

And please don't tell me to open a Payoneer account because I already have one and Paypal will remove it at any time, because they don't accept virtual banks anymore.

So before it happens, I would love to open a real US bank account before i'm screwed.

Moroccan banks suck, they have some limitations and I don't like it.

I would appreciate any help given, thanks.

If you started a U.S. based company then it could have a Paypal business account. You would have to pay someone in the U.S. to act as an officer or corporate agent. This isn't the cheapest way to do this, but it is legitimate and willstand up to scrutinty.

Yes, that what I was told, but we don't have HSBC or Bank of America here in Morocco, but we do have CitiBank in Casablanca but I'm not sure about them.

Because my Paypal only allows US bank account besides my country's bank, so there is no other option to receive money.

I know payramp.com is probably the best option for setting up a merchant accounts for non US citizens. This also requires you to get a bank account and I know they have a contact for it. So you may want to contact them also. But their contact might be the above?
