Have you made any money using paid surveys?

Hi warriors

Has anybody made money using paid surveys?

I was recently bombarded by emails that you can make up to $3500 using paid surveys. How true is this statement?

I wouldn't trust if someone bombarded me that I can earn that much...
Second question is... is it monthly, yearly, daily... or just once...

Conclusion... I wouldn't give too much attention to that...

You can make a little bit of money with surveys but it's nowhere near many other methods of making money online. Besides, it's extremely tedious work and a lot more stressful than many other methods.

I sincerely hope you don't fall into this trap and waste your time. You are in the right place by becoming a member of this forum. Many people, including myself, have used the free info contained in this forum to build an amazing income.

In fact, many people have learned enough on this forum to leave their day job and concentrate solely on their Internet business.

You can do the same thing if you really want it. Start researching these, and your appetite will become out of control when you see how much money you can make:

      1. List building
      2. Affiliate marketing
      3. Adsense niche marketing
      4. CPA marketing

Hard not to agree with that. You are better off trying your luck with something more proactive and efficient as suggested.

Considering you can spend oodles of time working on online properties and earn little - or even nothing - as far as income goes, paid surveys can be a way to earn real cash for your time.

$3500 may be a bit a stretch for sure, but a couple of dollars can be handy cash for sitting on the couch watching TV and ticking some boxes.

I don't do surveys myself, but they can be an excellent way for a newcomer to generate the startup capital they need for other business models. You can use them to get the money for domains, hosting, themes, plugins, information, scripts, and various other marketing tools.

    Yes.

That is how I got started in IM over 7 years ago. It was nothing much .About $150 to $200 a month taking them here and there.

I do remember a couple of ones where I participated in a Focus group. One was about cell phones and I received for a 1 hour discussion $125.

So back then that was kind of cool.

Overall, it is really not worth the time for the amount of chump change. There are many other better ways to make money online.

there was a hit there for a survey for ipad users for $4.50 i took the survey and they paid me. That was a first for me. i have made money online in many ways, but never as a survey taker.

I used to make money here and there from a couple of GPT (get paid to) sites. Yes you can make money off it, but it takes forever to make any type of significant money from it.

Paid surveys rarely make you any money and if they do it will be minimal.

The only way to make good money with paid surveys is reffering people to the site, but that takes lots of time and effort and you would be much better off reffering people to your affiliate links by means of your website.

Paid surveys are ok to do, but it's impossible to make that much money from them!
Also, a successful company that pays people to take surveys for real will not bombard your inbox on a daily basis... That just looks fishy to me.

I can tell you it's impossible to made $3500 using paid survey.

It's more likely you won't earn a single cent, because you never reach the threshold for payment, disqualified halfway through the surveys or you have make some money in the survey companies but suddenly you are banned from their websites.

I totally agree with this. It is really disturbing that people are sending out emails proclaiming this

I don't believe you can make that much! You can;t make a living wuith paid surveys. You can only make some extra cash in you spare time and you need to choose your surveys carefuly. Eg. I've been using Mypanelbase.com, whre the minimum withdraw is 12.5$ I get around 4-6 surveys per month. It's a good idea to choose a couple of good panels if you want to make some more cash.

I've never done paid surveys before and don't have the desire to. However, I have met someone who did and she actually put in full time hours and did them consistently.

But she said that although they paid (the one's she participated in), it really wasn't worth her time.

  • Rory:

I have made a few dollars (less than $10) doing online surveys. What you come to find out is that they only pay out once you have $100 or whatever set amount they require, and it can take a VERY long time to get to that point before you lose interest and start focusing your efforts elsewhere.

I made 50 cents once... too bad it was below the $50 threshold.

Complete waste of time. Plus it's not "time freedom" friendly. (or financial freedom friendly for that matter).
