Default FTC cracking down on affiliate marketers

I have received several newletters indicating that the Federal Trade Commission is cracking down on internet marketers. It seems the FTC is going to require a disclaimer if you receive ANY compensation for a referal.
It appears as well that they FTC will make the requirement apply to anyone doing busines in the United States.
I am curious what you think about that and how you will make those disclaimers?
Hmmmm wonder if it will trickle to adsense...
