Hello,
I'm trying to get my head around Clickbank, as I find it very confusing.
My story, I have a video course that is 90 mins broken down into 41 videos sitting on a server. Now I want to sell this, so i built a site in Shopify and it's been running for 6 months. It looks great, I have a generous offer for email addresses and a blog that hosts free video content. Sales are not great though, and slow i could do with affiliates. I'm thinking of moving to clickbank. This is where the confusion is.
Clickbank is a shopping cart, yes?
Is clickbank a website or just a sales page?
Can you make a all singing and all dancing wordpress site and still use Clickbank as the shopping cart? Is this a good idea or should I have a clickbank page and a full on website?
Are Clickbank pages meant to use google indexing and analytics?
Why do all clickbank site look like sales pages? Or are they sites or just a link for the vendor? Should I have both a site and a clickbank sales page?
I'm worried about moving to clickbank but I can see that the affiliates would be great to have onboard through a clickbank page but it looks very sales like and not like a website with blog posts homepage products new product pages etc?
Maybe I'm missing the point of Clickbank all together, if any one can shed some light on this that would be a great help. Thanks for your time.
