How to monetize my Email Database Website
Can anyone suggest how I can monetize my website more effectively? It has been in operation since July 2014 and the goal is to sell the business in 6 months.
The website has a unique business model in that it includes a large database of HNW International Property Purchasers / contacts that can be sent various promotional products or services.
1. The site is a platform for an email marketing company to send out advertisements for clients (principally Real Estate Developers /Agents/ Time Share Company’s) via Turbo SMTP. These clients can pick from the 250,000 contacts in the email database that comes with the site.
2. Clients are attracted to the site in 2 ways. (1) Through direct contact in marketing letters. (2) The DUBAI INVESTORS LIST | THE ULTIMATE PROPERTY INVESTORS DATABASE web site has a very good position in database website forums and directories.
While the traffic to this site is not high as present it is very targeted and international in scope – and each potential sale is between US$ 250 – 1,000 so if the website were managed properly the monthly income could be in the US$3,000 - 4,000 range
Previous clients include:

• Wealth Managers
• Visa and Citizenship Property Companies
• Real Estate Agents
