What is all this fuss about THE WAR ROOM?

What is really in the war room?
Does everyone in the war room know some secret seo or marketing formula?
I need a bit more persuasion.
Give me one good reason why I should join the war room?

I believe once you join the War Room, you are allowed to post to your blog, save more PM's inside of your inbox, and you get access to "secrets", i think you also get access to special sub-forums...

It's basically a location for experienced marketers to build their lists with high-quality newbies (high-quality, since they've proven to be buyers already). That's the truth of it. I'm not the biggest fan, as you can probably tell. I hope now that Freelancer have taken over we'll see some quality in there. I've added some myself, but it's soon swallowed up by all the typical silliness (Push-Button ATM; How I Made 8 Billion in 20 Minutes!).

      Julio is The Man!

At $37 for a 20 year membership - it was worth it. At $97 I wouldn't join it now.

I'm a member, and know the secret handshake

Well, my honest opinion is if you're serious about learning IM, then it's worth the investment. There's lots of good stuff in there, but just like the rest of this forum you still have to dig around by searching the threads. It's not all just laid out neatly on a platter.

  • Honestly, the only reason why I joined the War Room was because back in 2011, you had to be a part of it in order to sell a WSO, so I sort of had to.

Would I join today if I didn't have to?, I probably wouldn't. There's more than enough info to be found on the free forum. Although that's only because I've bought some of the free stuff that has already been shared there.

It's worth it though for a newbie who really wants to succeed out there when getting started.

It seems to be where all the top internet marketers are and would be worth the investment if you have spare money laying around, but the free forum has enough information to get you started on its own

It's not. Mostly, it's free stuff, some good, some not so good, and a great deal of it from marketers you've never heard of. There aren't any real discussions either, just comments on the giveaway threads.

In all honesty ,it has some good stuff but the price is way overinflated. I know Freelancer's intentions to make it better is sincere and genuine.

But it has yet to show it warrants such a price.

To begin with, the Warrior Forum itself is the oldest and most successful Internet Marketing Forum on the planet. Trusted by tens of thousands, the Warrior Forum has made many millionaires. Virtually every successful internet marketer has at some point joined the "Warrior Forum". The War Room though, is more than just a room the people share ideas and methods.. It is a moderated sanctuary where every topic is pre-approved for its profitability.

Many products, services, tools, ebooks, and tips collectively worth many thousands of dollars (if they can even be valued) are offered free only to War Room members.

I cannot afford joining the warrior room right now, but its a priority for me asap.

You are advertising something you've never seen or used. Those of us who have been in the War Room for some time know it's not currently meeting it's potential. Honestly, it never has.

At $37 for a 20 year membership - it was worth it. At $97 I wouldn't join it now. That could change - everything does.

And that's $97 per year, right? Eh, it's never appealed to me in the slightest.

I'm not even sure now...is having a war room membership after the freelance takeover still requisite to post WSO's?

Nope, you don't need a War Room membership to post a WSO. Yup, it's $97 a year these days.

Do all the members who joined the War Room before FL took over have to pay the $97 per year or was their membership for life under the old rule?

I wonder how many would re-join now if they did have to pay the $97?

Thanks for the honest comments from the existing war room members who gave their candid views.

That $37 was a bargain that is for sure. I am thinking about whether I should renew it or not since that 14 years remaining will be coming up before I know it

I got in right after they changed it from $37 for 20 years to $20 a year. At $20 a year it's worth it. Will I rejoin at $97 per year? Don't think so. It's not really worth that to me. Then again, if I were a newbie there is lots of great stuff in there and then it would be worth joining for a year to get access to what's in there.

who joined the War Room before FL took over
Original price was $37 for a 20 yr subscription so no need to do it annually.
To be fair - when FL took over they offered the War Room at $20/yr initially and I think that would be worth it for one year.

I would never pay $97 for a War Room membership. Not from everything I've heard about it.

It's not even about the price. There are forums I'd consider paying a $97 yearly VIP membership to in a heartbeat if there was real value in what I was getting for my money.

Even the sales page is a mess – no clear benefits of what you're getting except that you'll have access to video footage from "top industry experts."

Whoopdee-doo. I can go watch IM experts on YouTube for free.

Management really needs to consider taking a new approach on the War Room. It could be so much better.

WSO = Warrior Special Offers. In this specialty forum, product creators can pay to post their products in the forum, and in doing so, you will get some traffic from the general membership and visitors of the forum. Bit the bullet and paid $97 for my war room membership earlier today. Will provide a review after I check it out in more detail.

$97 a year! I don't see that it's worth that. I was fortunate to join years ago.

Marketers use it to offer products free the way writers offer the first book in a series free at Kindle. They hope to get you 'hooked' for the rest of their products.

You can get some good information but rarely anything you couldn't find elsewhere.
