If you could automate any part of your business...what would it be?

It could be something you do everyday and dread the repetitive nature. I'm sure something pops into your head right away.

    I would try to automate SEO outreach and also I'd try automating the K-L-T conversion process.

    It really does depend on what I am working on that week. If I was trying to do something on YouTube, it would be video creation and the ranking process. I do things that make ranking done fast, but making the video is usually something that takes time if I want to make something of high quality.

    For offline marketing, it would be the cold calling/cold emailing. Even though I can do it on my own and can even outsource, I wish I didn't have to watch over somebody to do all the work and make sure they're doing their job.

    This is really just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are tons of other things I'd like to automate.

      I would automate checking the status of my sites and making adjustments in Statcounter.com, and I would automate the release of a value-packed video on YouTube every single day.

      Next, I would automate Facebook and Twitter accounts and activities for every single site I own. Man, I will really be dangerous once I finally do this!
