we have already stopped googe Adwords by payment issue. can we start an Adwords campaign with another account for the same domain?

    As far as I know you've been blacklisted for good for that specific domain. What you CAN do is clone this same site using BackupCreator (Google), and put it on a similar domain before you get the new account.

    no, The domain not blaclisted. Another digital marketing company done adwords for us and stopped campaign process. So, we want start adwords ourself without delete previous campaign.
