Survey opt-in box?
Does anyone know what I can use to make a survey type of opt-in box on my Wordpress site?
I would like to integrate it with aweber.
Basically I want to ask my visitors "What are you trying to achieve? Is it this? This? or this?" and then, based on their answers, I will add them to one of three different lists.
I help people write books and if they have already written their book, I help them publish their book and if they have already published their book, I help them sell more books. So you can see why I would not want to be saying "Here's how you can write a book" if they've already written their book. They are 3 very different streams.
I have Leadpages and Clickfunnels but I don't think you can make this type of opt-in box with them.
