Clickbank Refund Rate

Hi there,

Lately I have purchased a lot of products from Clickbank, which unfortunately proved to be useless and I had to return these products for a refund.

Does Clickbank place any penalties for refunding products? Should we care about keeping our refund rates low, as customers I mean?

They may target you for excessive refunding.

To be honest, when i first started I did the same thing but quickly realized that even if the guide or program was complete shit...there was at least a few things in there that were beneficial to my online success.

There is no one guide or program that will make you successful...it is a collaboration of different guides, programs, webinars and forums that will get you success.

I heard that clickbank blacklist repeat refunders they say this 'Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the ClickBank services. Customers that violate the terms of use of a product may have their right of return revoked for such product.'

If you abuse your refunds and you pay via paypal, your paypal account might be limited. It depends on your refund patterns though.

  • I personally have never had to deal with any problems in terms of asking for a refund on a Clickbank product, but only because I only bought a few a long time ago, and even if I asked for a refund on multiple products, I had bought more.

I would recommend talking with the product seller specifically.

Clickbank has cracked down on the quality of the products it allows onto it's platform in recent years, so if you refund excessively, it could look odd and cause Clickbank to look at you and say, "We don't want this person to be able to buy products from us any longer." Even if Clickbank doesn't do it, I'm sure an individual seller can ban you from buying his or her products -- if you keep buying stuff from the same person and refunding. When a customer returns a vendor's products a lot, it hurts the reputation of the vendor on the network.

Agree, Clickbank has only been allowing better quality products lately. This will definitely separate the real customers from the fake ones I.e. refunders. I'm 95% sure that repeat refunders will have the credit card used during purchased blacklisted or blocked if your refund rate as a consumer reaches a certain point.

I don't think clickbank hold a grudge on how many times you refund .If the product is no good and it doesn't work then you should get a refund . There is 100% guarantee anyway .
