What is the title of that book?

Old school "Blakers" and y'all who remember the late nineties/early 2000s...

There was a book about customer service - on the cover, it featured a picture of a complaint letter with a sticky note stuck to it (or a card paper clipped to it) with "Send them the so-and-so letter" written on it.

It was about bad customer service - and the cover was based on a letter that an unhappy customer actually received... yes, their own letter with the note attached to it.

Anyone know which book this is?
